My husband wrote a helpful review of Extensis' just-released font management utility Suitcase Fusion 7 at Macworld/PC World. The two new important features are an auto-activation plug-in for Adobe After Effects, and a TypeSync feature that synchronizes your font library on two computers. Many designers are using After Effects to create animated text and will appreciate this new plug-in. And of course many creatives use more than one computer (or location) and TypeSync keeps their font library identical in both places.

In addition, Extensis released a new TeamSync subscription service, which provides Suitcase Fusion to any number of team members and lets them share the same font library.
